John completed his Bachelor of Commerce at McGill University in 2015 and his legal studies at Western University in 2018. While at Western, John engaged in the student community as President of the Student Legal Society and co-founded the Western Law Futurists, a student organization focusing on law and technology.John takes a keen interest in entrepreneurship and early-stage ventures, the impacts of emerging technology on law, and IP litigation.

Away from work, John can be found thru-hiking, with his nose in a book, or jamming out to a 12-bar blues.
